The 4E instructor course is a two-day course designed to present a progressive and adaptive training platform that provides mission critical solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges to safety.  This class is designed to give participants intensive training in active shooter situations and become an effective instructor in the 4E program.  This program is designed to accommodate a University or School District’s needs for active shooter/intruder scenarios.  The 4E program is targeted at civilian response to an active shooter/intruder situation (i.e. teachers, administrators, unarmed security, board members, etc. are encouraged to become trainers).

After completing the 16-hour Instructor Class, the participant will be able to instruct classes for his/her police department, school district, and/or business.  Tier One Tactical Solutions, LLC will also provide continuing support and guidance to instructors in order to facilitate implementation of the training to your organization.

This class was developed and will be instructed by Police Officers Mike Fumagalli and Corey Zavorka.  Training will be hands on and intensive; therefore, participants are encouraged to wear loose fitting clothes and tennis shoes.
