Local police departments and school districts have worked together for several years in developing preparation and response protocol related to incidents of school and workplace violence.

Unfortunately, we do not think the threat of violence in our schools or workplaces will ever go away entirely. Moving forward, it is necessary to develop a long range plan regarding school and workplace safety. A part of your plan should involve identifying a viable resource for school districts and businesses wishing to maintain or develop programs related to school safety, other than the local police departments.

Tier One Tactical Solutions, LLC was created in order to provide these services. Between the three founders of Tier One Tactical Solutions, LLC, we have over 50 years of law enforcement experience, with more than 10 years specializing in active shooter response.
